This recipe is for 4 people.
8 ounces of cooked ham, bacon or sausage
1 cup diced red or green pepper
1 cup diced onion
1 cup cheddar, swiss or desired cheese
2 Tablespoon milk
salt, pepper and extracted cannabis to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Grease 8 – 12 muffin tins.
Beat eggs together well in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour evenly into muffin tins.
Bake in preheated oven 18 – 20 minutes or until muffins are cooked in the middle.
Insert a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean, without anything sticking, they are done.
